Monk definitely has value in the league today, but a lot of his issues are easy to see being the same issues for Rob. Smaller frame, not really a defined position, probably a negative defender. However, can get hot and straight win games for you and carry 2nd units.
If you think he is that then traditionally that is a solid bet of a pick in the 8-14 range. Probably hard to take a guy top 7 that presents a lot of roster construction issues from day 1.
imo, dillingham is a more skilled overall player, but monk is bigger and a much more explosive vertical athlete.
i'm not sure you can draft him top 10 due to his lack of size/length, but he might be too good to let slip much further.
