So washington is telling to mavs to go find a 1st.

What are they sending out to get that 1st?

Swaps to OKC for one of their many 1st?

Yeah, I was to ask on that. Hard to believe Dallas would swing this without having the pick in the pipe, but things never cease to amaze me.

Said in reference to Utah's trade assets in a potential Doncic deal.

Dallas pulled up to the cashier with a check they couldn't cash. Gotta take out a quick payday loan.

Obviously, pick compensation will decide how good of a deal this is (but if it really is Prosper + 2nd, I think it is good value for Mavs), but can it be that Mavs are going to have respectable (dare I say, really good) big men rotation after... I don't even know how long

But Dallas is just a different team with Lively on the court and not. If Gafford provides similar things, and he should, this is a nice basketball addition. Just scared about the cost.

Wonder if Hornets/OKC deal gets worked into this, Charlotte takes on salary from 1 of those teams to make the Hayward deal legal.

Boston trading their first for 4-5 future seconds has been pretty high on the list for a bit so that’s a possibility.

Yeah, if this is Prosper+toronto 2nd for a late first and then add another 2nd to get Gafford.. I love it.

I don’t even hate giving up the 2028 swap as the firsts this offseason will still be “clean” (25/27/31)..

I love the target though. Gafford is a great fit and will hold his value on that contract.

I don’t know man . I really don’t know.
If Dallas is buying , it has to be cheap enough for OKC .

I feel that value-wise this has to be a late 1st. Dallas got a 1st for taking Holmes to begin with and Gafford has a little value as well.

Yeah I agree completely. I’m sorry if it came off as if I wasn’t.. OKC should be trying to win finals this year. They should’ve traded for Pascal. And now should’ve traded for Gafford.

And any more deals that involve an impact big… I’m going to say they should’ve traded for them..

Don’t be sorry, I think you are saying the same thing as pretty much all of us .
Ignoring pascal , pretty much Olynyk or gafford would have helped.

To the bolded, if I happen to read it I will agree.
