Sadly none of those players are difference makers.

Think Dinwiddie is going back to Dallas. Mavs can use the remainder MLE to give $5.4M for 4 years if they really want, or biannual exception $4.5M up to two years.

he has a $19M team option next year so if they were to waive him that option would automatically be picked up. they'll 100% just play out the year and decline the option in the off season.

Knicks do need a back-up PG, they're set everywhere else.

Doesn't affect a lot of players, but still a handful of the potentially useful vets that would usually sign with teams like the 7 excluded. I bolded the ones listed.

Under candidates Kelly Olynyk should be listed. Unless anyone has heard that Toronto plans to keep him?

Dimwiddie to Lakers make sense. They can offer him a big role, with how little of a leash they give DLo and Vincent always being hurt.

If Olynyk gets bought out, Clippers would be highly interested in him to play some PF. He gives them a big man shooter who can play with a non-shooting 5 on the court in either Zubac/Plumlee.

Oh yay!

Maybe that will vault the Lakers to a play in spot?

Not a single impactful player or even someone who could get into the rotation on a contender.
Dinwiddie, Harris and House are probably the best of this bunch, I think the former 2 could rebound in the right situation but nothing really exciting there.
Lowry seems completely washed, PJ has a player option for next season so he wont get bought out, Fournier has a team option so probably not bought out either.
And it wouldnt surprise me if Spurs wait as long as possible to waive Morris considering how he treated them a few years back.

Like the idea of Gallo to the clippers. Won’t need a ton of shots and skill to put it on the floor or hit the pass out shots.
