Tax is everyone's problem!!
DAL paid tax last year, so they started the repeater tax count, a much much harsher tax, they will definitely try to avoid it this becausr of that.

I like what the Mavs did.

I think they have a good team. Gafford and PJ were good targets and they kept THJ.

Kyrie, Green, Doncic, PJ, Lively
Exum, THJ, DJJ, Kleber, Gafford

Those bigs are all good roll partners for Kyrie and Luka to operate with.

When you have a talent like Luka , you go all in.

In future there’s always a new year first or swap first to unlock.

It’s all in until you get a title or Luka as out.

All will depend on 2025 offseason.
Luka extends, then 1sts and swaps don't really matter, Luka doesn't, and they are in deep ****.
Nico knows that if Luka doesn't extend, he's not making these picks anyway.
I'm fine with going all in, I'm even fine with going all in on average players (which PJ and Gafford are), but they should've done that after fixing their biggest problem, the coaching.

I hope that lineup is a one night only event due to them being undermanned. Keeping the minutes to a minimum with Collins and Kessler both on the floor is still the best option.

Expect PJ and Maxi to see some time at SF if the Mavs end up matched up against the Lakers, Clippers or Suns (maybe even the Nuggets). Move Luka to PF defensively.

Biyombo is still out there, didn't watch his run there so not sure if he was actually solid or just a guy on a team that was really bad at the time. Metu also got waived, liked him before this season but flopped in PHX

Watch most Piston and Raptor games. Gallo can still shoot, but that's it; Young can still move pass and defend, but can't shoot outside the paint.

I don't think either earns/deserves minutes in a playoff game, but of the 2, I'd take Thad.
