Honestly, I hate when they come out with this after the fact. Like yes, good it proves we were right in being annoyed, but ultimately it doesn't "fix" anything, not like NBA is taking back the win and saying 'next time Rockets/Knicks meet, they will finish the OT game' or anything like that, so its basically just an empty apology that doesn't help us in anyway other than getting to say we were right to be upset with the BS call.

Precisely why I dont get annoyed with things i can control. When It happened I was like "really" had a little laugh and then moved on.
I think we have so much to look forward too. I havent be an active knick fan in years. I've been an active basketball fan by following the box scores. Unfortunately, I've been too busy to really live to be honest. With that said, it gives me an objective
view. In addition to that the last 2 months I've had some free time that will end soon but I've been able to watch some basketball(including Knick basketball).
What I see with this Knick era is -we finally have a #1 and he happens to be a point guard. He's also the son of a member of our 99 team. We have one of the best knick front offices that I've experienced in my Knick fandom. We have all of the money and resources.
And we can actually steal a chip if this team is fully healthy. Many might have opinions on whether we can accomplish it or not(which is fair) but no one would bet the life on it that it could not happen. When was the last time we have been in this position?!

With that said I'm going to enjoy the good about this season and not even think about anything annoying

just get this next game vs orlando. we're only a half game up on philly for 5th. we're lucky embiid is out for awhile. we got them 3 times in the first 10 games after the break.

Orlando has had our number healthy…. I think that is a lot to ask.

it is but we can't afford to fall too behind if we want to stay in the top 4. i think getting 2nd is out of the question with how the cavs are playing but it sure would be nice to get 3rd.

I’m just saying can we at least give the guys a fair shot, give like 20 games to figure it out before the playoff rotation. And like you said if it isn’t working he will be out of the rotation. People were trying to get rid of Donte after 1 game this year

It was not because of a bad call during the game. The end of this game was voided because the Hawks Official counted a foul to Shaq that was called on another player and expelled Shaq for the game due to his supposed 6th foul. It was decided there was negligence by the Hawks.

I admire the casino industry. It's like capitalism distilled. Extracts wealth from those with less and concentrates into an organization that is already wealthy. Pretends skill is involved, but it's 99% pure chance, outside of poker and a few scattered outlier games, and the whole thing is rigged in favor of the large business. Finally, it markets the sh*t out of itself as entertainment. As an added bonus, it takes advantage of a segment of the population that has a mental condition, but lets other parts of society deal with the fallout while they collect the profits. And of course, as late stage capitalism morphs into corporate fascism, they "lobby" the government to keep the gravy train going, as you pointed out.

This is a good opportunity to invest my time in something besides a corrupt spectacle.

Yes I telling you this definitely felt like a fix....and it wasn't even just that last call. The free throw disparity was atrocious. Burks can be ok in a role, but Thibs has him out there playing pg again and he’s chucking way too much. A normal coach would also find min for both Deuce and Burks at this moment….we def need them both to play with so many injuries. The entire rotation was just insane.

he was brought here to basically play iq's role. there were similar complaints about iq not passing and chucking when he was missing. i don't know if it will work out or not but he wasn't brought here to stand in the corner. they needed someone off the bench who could create shots. that was the whole point.
