Smaller ball shouldn't matter, she still shot fro the NBA distance . Most women are anatomically built smaller than men. Their hands are smaller, muscles etc. It's fair to use a smaller ball

Though she's a great shooter regardless, the smaller ball technically would have more leeway in going in, but it's not even a necessary nitpick, she is an amazing shooter regardless.
