Watched the last 4 minutes of the Bucks game and it's clear as day that the Bucks are really bad on defense.

D'Lo looked like an All-Star and Brother Rui was always open.

Celtics lose to the #2 seed in the East and defending champs. "Does Boston still have playoff hope?"
Bucks lose to the playin Warriors and playin Lakers w/o Lebron. "Damn, Dame and Giannis are finally coming together."

This is what we get for continually falling short since the ratification of the US Constitution.

I like it better when the Celtics are being doubted.

When everybody is saying the Celtics are great and are going to win the championship, something bad always happens.

Also happy Miami lost to OKC. I am not convinced the Heat will be able to Coast in the regular season and just turn up in the playoffs anymore.

In fairness the Cavs stole that one with lots of help from the refs. The Gobert tech with that little time left is incredible. Then all of OT it was tons of bail out calls that if it were a Celtics game we’d be livid about.

They had a lot of help against us, too.

True. Garland, especially for someone who doesn’t have a reputation as a good defender at all, seemed to be allowed to reach, grab, and pull all he wanted especially in the second half. This Wolves game was even worse though imo.

One of the funniest sportswriters in history about one of the funniest sportswriters in history. A lot of great one-liners quoted.

(Why would it even occur to me to Google in such a way that I'd wind up finding this? Because I grew up in the 1960s reading the LA Times.)

It looks like the Mac Jones era is over. He's going to the Jaguars for a 6th round pick.

TF is this? Paul George and Kawhi are both out vs. the Bucks? And even if they win, it doesn't count cos no Middleton again?

Sucks but it was a brutal weekend schedule for the Clips. They played a matinee yesterday and then lost an hour of sleep and have another matinee today.

The team that worries me going forward is the Thunder. They're really good this season. Chet is a rookie. The good Williams is a sophomore. The other talent is also young. They have a lot of trade assets.

Yes, they lack rebounding and experience. But they're a very good team that could be a lot better yet soon.

Even better than watching Miami lose to Washington, was watching them comeback from 10 points down with two minutes and have a chance to win it after many dumb plays by Kuzma only to fall short with a missed Jimmy 3 shot. Remember that guy everyone says JT needs to be more like? That guy who just never does anything wrong and exudes pure macho winning with no down games?

If they face a healthy Lakers team in the 1st round, OKC is going home.

I remember it like it was yesterday, cos I panicked a little after we dropped one of the 1st two games at home since we hadnt won on the road up to that point

Ended up the easiest playoff series the Cs played that championship season.

It was Game 7 against Atlanta in the 1st round and a thrilling Game 7 in the 2nd round against Lebron and the Cavs.

That Pistons series was a breath of fresh air.

How did the Knicks get held to 73 points by the roster the Sixers trotted out?

Zero chance it happens as we missed him possibly being available a season or two ago but Naz Reid is probably my favorite “Al Horford replacement” in the entire league.
