How can he not be with his talent, but there are 29 NBA teams that field NBA players and many who happen to be perennial all-stars and they don't win crap. The problem is that I try to base my boards on potential usefulness for actually winning meaningful games. I can see Collier being a Derozan type of talent who will by necessity be high USG yet the shaky shooting, bad decision making, disinterest in applying himself routinely on D and displays of poor body language will be a hindrance to him being a championship caliber player. The type of guy who you'd love as a 6th man and grow to hate as a starter but who forces his way into being a starter on a bad team. That's the vibe from him.

Have seen Collier once, looks to have good upside, turnovers may be overstated depending on role at next level, can definitely score in traffic. Need to see more to have a better opinion.
He has all-star upside. I still don't want him starting on my team if I'm serious about winning a championship. It would be different if he were more of an off-ball slasher with better D but he is a high USG true PG with too many question marks in my mind to become an efficiency stud. He could go to a few all-star games and hard cap your team with 2nd round playoff exits. He could be useful in the earlier stages of his career as a 6th man.
