Embiid’s airball, more than the W even, made me feel comfortable that we’ll win

I was not too confident about the series heading into game 3


But I knew for sure and wrote about it in the game thread when embiid was committing flagrant fouls vs us:

If he was actually so confident that the 76ers were the better team and that they’d win the series after being down 0-2

He would never try and do 3 flagrants in 24mjnutes of play the next game


That’s how I knew he was just insecure and that the knicks were the one who actually had the better team

OG was massive in this game, he completely neutralized Embiid

Hart was non existent offensively but he impacted the game with rebounding and defense as usual, we wouldn't have won this without him

Quiet night for Divo mostly but he made those back to back 3s to help turn the tide in 3rd q

Deuce was Deuce master of 3 and D at PG position

I'm proud of JB confronting Embiid for the forearm shot, don't do that ****... February gave us being short handed adversity to overcome, this Sixers series gave us dirty plays adversity to overcome... this team is anti fragile we get stronger the more you hit it

3 - 1 lead is huge, but I expect Sixers to come out strong in Game 5... we have to go in with mentality the Sixers can take Game 5, esp if we take it easy, we have to play with same intensity, focus and desperation to put them away... I'm not worried, we have good leaders on our team to not let it happen!!! Knicks in 5!!!

Og and precious are long and switchable enough that it really bother Embiid. I’m sure playing him the whole 2nd half helped but we need to keep going at him.

This was the first half that we were able to stop Maxey as well. He’s been just as unstoppable as Embiid and we finally got them both. I don’t think they had a field goal for at least half the 4th quarter. Just elite stuff by the team.

Embiid punched the wrong man in the mouth. Jalen eviscerated that whiney filthy fake MVP motherfkr. In case there’s any doubt who’s the real MVP. His name is Jalen f*cking Brunson. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — WOW!

Yeah, that really got Jalen going before the lineup change post IHart put the boosters on.

I used to respect Embid. He earned this exit.
