The difference is Kyrie is showing HOF level leadership and game management vs SGA who is scoring but doing nothing to put his teammates in good positions. Playoffs really do bring out weaknesses and SGA is not a good playmaker.

For OKC, he has to keep going at Luka. Try to frustrate him and maybe the immature Luka appears in the second half. At this point, the Thunder has to try anything and everything to get back in this game.

Luka hasn't been a factor, they seem to be winning playing team ball.

That's the problem, all you see is scoring. Kyrie and Luka's gravity are in Steph Curry levels that's why the other Mavs are gaining this much space-- and confidence.

Refs are letting a lot of contact go for both sides, which I like, but it looked like Dort got fouled pretty hard at the end of the half there which should've been called imo.

Overall very competitive half though. Dallas side pieces playing really well and they have a good lead even though Luka and Kyrie aren't scoring that well and OKC was able to hang around and not get blown out even though they're not hitting any 3s.

It's still anyone's game at this point. Expecting another great second half and hopefully a close 4th Q that goes down to the wire!

OKC aren't really punishing any mismatches right now. The fact that they can put Lively, DJJ, or Kyrie on Chet and they can't punish with their bigs is an issue.

Like I've said before, it's too many to ask a skinny guy to be a rim protector and score 20 ppg. How many times has a player like that even done that? Usually rim protectors have girth. He's going to suffer injuries during his career, already missed a full season.

What is he supposed to do? They are letting Lu "tough guy" Dort be that physical with him and he is not allowed to play physical on either end.... He's not shooting well but still playing some damn good defense and Dort has more fouls drawn than him.

You are not returning the favor on the defensive end. You are letting the Mavs do what they want. At this point, take cue from the Embiid style of play-- take someone out, anything, just to stop them from what they are doing.
