I think the talk is probably Kuzma, Bogs, McBride and a future 1st going to LAC with Mitch going to WAS and PG13 coming to NYK versus a GSW package that could consist of Wiggins + Kuminga (or an alternate GSW young player).

100% posturing. I just can't imagine a player in his twilight years relocating to the opposite end of the country, including Philly.

PG13 seems lo want the warm whether and meh expectations, and fat contract. Good for him....but if true he's not cut out for NY...especially if he has to be "sold" on the idea of being a part of championship roster.

I guess there was a photoshop of Melo before he got traded to the Knicks, too but wow, tired of the starphucking.

We have had the most fun as fans watching players that didn't have that type of expectation and this team has been built with the unexpected happening.

I guess OG might be the only one that had some expectations but even with him there was a sense he was being overrated and the result the Knicks had with the full healthy line up was unexpectedly execptional.

With the new CBA guidelines, here’s what I’m thinking

1) Trade Mitch on draft for an expiring and pick
2) Use the pick to draft a Center that will be groomed for the future
2) Resign OG and Hart
3) Wait until the trade deadline to trade Bojan and expiring player from Mitch trade with a few protected picks for a 20mil starter
4) Make our big trade next off-season by packaging Ihart and Randle for a Star big
5) Let the Rookie Center take over the starting gig next year( if he’s ready)

You are very optimistic about projecting the rookie center becoming the starting center in a contender team already in his second season. Even if you package all picks for a lottery pick, the rookie center will not be Cligan or Sarr.

In the next offseason. Randle will be a UFA and he would need to be signed and traded to land a star. Brunson will make nearly 40M (after getting his extension) and we can't get above the second apron if we are aggregating salaries.
