I'm down to take offers for Booker and/or Barnes folks, hit me up.

Edit: Got something done...no longer taking offers. New York's facelift is just about complete.

This business with teams getting their picks back in trades is so BAF.

Fun with late draft picks...

And I'm not done because I like chasing sleeper picks more than I like 5-dollar vets...which is bad strategy, but it's fun.

Christie at 50 is an absolute steal IMO, really like his chances to be a good sniper off the bench.

I like Christie’s stroke but surprised he didn’t stay in school one more year. He will likely be a project in the NBA/G-League. I feel like BAF makes it harder to wait on these “down the road” projects like a Ousmane Dieng, Zaire Williams, or his brother Max Christie. I am guessing he will be a free agent again here before he really pops, but at pick 50, why the hell not!

yeah its tough with those projectable players...if they don't get playing time in the first year or two...the SIM won't recognize the jump typically until the following season...so a year behind.

Doesn't mean they aren't worth gamble but you have to have the cap flexibility to keep them on your roster and be patient.

Yeah it's where the BAF vs real life strategy comes into play. I'm sure we've all done something in the sim that we would never do in real life. However if you have the slightest bit of faith in him, you roll the dice on him or potentially get into a bidding war over him for the contract.

Yeah, I figured this is a comfortable "nothing to lose" area of the draft. He's young, and he'll probably need some time, but I believe in the jumper and it seems advanced for someone so young.

For anyone who wants to follow along with the difference between BAF and IRL draft pick order, I'll be updating throughout the night.

I was wondering when Isiah Crawford would go off the board. If his knees hold up he can be good. If I was not overloaded with Wings and Guards I would have picked him at the top of the second personally.

I think Crawford is the type of guy to really have a good chance of carving out a nice NBA career. He’s a nightmare defender and I think can be a nice 3-D guy in the right spot
