Looks like that Nuggets promise for Holmes was legit, and they clearly wanted to ensure it. Holmes was one of my favourite picks for us. Hope this doesn't look silly for us in a few years

Probably will, would be typical for us.

Re: NBA Draft 2024
Lakers will take Bronny at 55 if he falls that far. Either we have another trade lined up (DColdestt is predicting we trade the 28 too) or no dice on Bronn IMO

Lol, try 28
I know we are getting that pick, just meant that 2nd round pick is going to be Bronny.
It was a joke... As in we’ll take LeBron’s kid at 28 and not 56.

Are we going all in on Kolek?
If Holmes ends up being a stud I will never forgive JJ again.

Good chance we can get Dunn at 28. Not sure if Kolek will make it that far, though no teams really need PGs except Washington, who drafts right before us, but them rebuilding and so young, they might prefer to gamble on Collier if he is there.
Washington already took Carrington. I think New York could possibly take Kolek with one of their picks. I do expect them to pick Filipowski with one of their picks though as I think they'll trade Mitch Robinson

I mean if you wanted to trade down, should have done so with the Knicks or worst case with Utah
Except most undrafted guys that look good almost always seem to go elsewhere.
I'm sure GoK is really excited for that one. I guess that one will be tomorrow though.

Trade 28 for early 2nds, than trade those for more late picks in '31. We need picks picks picks. Lol

The only benefit is if that player turns out to be any good you can keep them cheaply on the rookie scale otherwise you have what happened with the Mavs with Brunson.

Re: NBA Draft 2024
If we don't get Kolek, Filipowski, or Dunn, this draft is a waste once again. We could have really used Holmes, too. And he is wearing a purple suit, too. Sheer irony.

Re: NBA Draft 2024
If whatever players we skipped 22-27 turn out to be studs I might have to stop being a Suns fan.
Sure we got more picks but if they're all garbage players I'd rather have the 22nd pick and selected the best player available.

Re: NBA Draft 2024
So Bobby Marks saying we now have 5 2nds to trade.
2024 #56
2026 Denver 2nd
2028 Boston 2nd
2031 Denver 2nd
2031 Phoenix 2nd
Wonder what that fetches us if paired with the Little contract?
