Yea that was my biggest concern with him. But if we can surround him with PG, Wiggins, Dray that may help limit some of his weaknesses.

On tape he looks pretty athletic and shoots well. Intrigued by the pick. Is he another late 2nd round steal?

Yeah watched a good amount of youtube highlights and I like what he shows. He's not stiff and plenty of clips show him in pick n rolls, drives, turnaround post moves, and jumpers - all look fluid.

He'll need time in the G-league to get used to the NBA speed though.

That would be disappointing. If he’s not ready this year he most likely won’t amount to much since he’s already 24.

That was just me assuming he would need to adjust to the speed. If he can be plugged in and play right away that's even better.

He looked pretty fluid moving laterally and was all-defense in the acc. he can't be all bad and if we got looney and his 3 fake hips to be pretty good switching out on prime harden, we can probably do something with this guy.

There will be an adjustment period but if he’s not ready to go at some point this year it won’t be a good sign.

Playing time will depend on who we get in free agency.

Could the Warriors have just waited to pick up Post AFTER the draft if he were undrafted?! Was he a hot pick for the last few teams?

I still think we should consider Tacko Fall. Tacko Fall is an underrated player with size the Warriors need. Tacko can rebound and play defense.

I can only assume he got one of them boners that last more than 4 hours and had to call a doctor.

probably, i only saw him being drafted in one of the mock drafts I looked at. it seems they really like him since they bought a pick just to get him

If Post was a UFA, doubt he will sign here.

No big man wants to come to GSW. The only 2 that wants to be here, and Kerr said to F off, are Cousins and Howard.

If he was all defense in the ACC, that’s even better. I guess his age scared off 29 other GM’s. Same thing happened with TJD and Draymond.

All the defense I saw from him he was in drop coverage and played it really well. There are still plenty of matchups in the NBA where that can be effective, especially if you are also spacing the floor well on the offensive end.

If they really do like him, then a real contract for sure. You don't want to be in a situation where he's in line for a big bump a year from now if he proves himself. Lock him up for 3 years at a modest number -- again, if they really do like him.
