I would bet a large sum of money that this is not the case.

Black was close to being better than Cole last season.

I hear that all the time. I wonder why generational big passers/playmakers work best with all star PG's despite their passing skills? LeBron & Kyrie, Doncic & Kyrie/Brunson, Jokic & Murray but Paolo who doesnt show generational passing talent doesnt even need a 3rd string PG? Why had the Boston wing duo always 2 PG's next to them in the lineup?

If they believe that Suggs and Black are going to be able to fill that role.... Which they were drafted for..... Whether or not we have observed it yet or not for whatever reason.... Suggs needing to acclimate and slow down ... Black to acclimate and get more opportunity... That is up to the front office. And based on the moves made.... Seems like they will be giving them that opportunity and I'm here to find out.

Nurkic is worse than Carter, so the Magic say no pretty easily?

Because we have enough data that Suggs cant play PG in a halfcourt setting. He cant even run a basic pick & roll under pressure & doesnt have the handle to create there much. Players have skill sets at this age and they dont magically become different players just because the team plays them in that role or the team/fans wants them to become that kind of player. Same logic had our FO thinking AG becomes a wing scorer, despite his skill set saying otherwise.
AB is a different thing, because we have no data yet.

and then look when it counts. Suggs 40% from 3 all season, 29% from 3 in the playoffs. he isnt as good under pressure creating his own shot.
