Maybe we sign Goga or the like but we are between a rock and a hard place w essentially just injury prone Mitch and nearly capped out.

Goga resigned with ORL. But maybe it isn't all gloom and doom.

Perhaps Mitch can somehow stay relatively healthy.
Perhaps we can resign Precious (I know he isn't a true center)
Maybe we can develop our draft pick the way we developed our other bigs.

They dont call Thibs "the big man whisperer" for nothing.

I agree that losing I-Hart isn't the end of the world. It's more about (a) not having a contingency plan and (b) being all-in on a roster that we shouldn't be all in on.

Maybe they do...Im looking for them to try and trade for Nick Richards, or maybe just keep Precious. Not perfect option but maybe solid enough.

They addressed the need for a PG floor leader behind Brunson, they addressed the need for another versatile scoring wing, no doubt they will do everything possible to make up for iHart's loss somehow.

When? When wiseman's name came up in talks as a Knicks backup.

See Leon, will easily replace iHart with another reclamation project and make a stud of him. Teams that are heavy up front like Portland and Utah, who drafted bigs i.e. Filipowski/Clingan) will have to let a big go.

Leon >=

Nick Richards would be an amazing fit, we can give up the Frenchman we just drafted, sims and however many second round picks we just acquired, if they want a first they can have it too, the time to win is now

I agree that it's frustrating to let pick after pick go and not have young, cost controlled talent with upside on the back end of the rotation.

I would love Kessler. Any hold up is probably due to a Lauri trade. Once that falls into place, I could see Kessler to NY for one of the protected picks and a few seconds.

They don't call Thibs the big man whisperer because have you ever seen him whisper? He's the big man yeller...
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right

No thanks.

The Wizards pick for Kessler or Richards would be as much as I'd be willing to give up. Not dealing Dadiet when he is such an unknown.
