Have you been living under a rock? Democrats are livid over this decision as well as the decision overturning 50 years of precedent when it overturned the Chevron doctrine. Do you know what the Chevron is, or was?

The decision on immunity in Trump’s case is exactly what I’m so upset about. Biden immediately came out with a statement saying that he would hold him to a higher standard. Your statement about how Democrats like this is just plain ignorant.

Based on what I remember from class both the Chevron and immunity decision breaks the executive branch. On one hand agencies no longer can dictate policies in fields they were designed to monitor and on the other hand the president is given full immunity for official acts.

It’s all nonsense, Nixon would not have had to resign for watergate if it happened now. He would be beyond reproach. Neither Congress and the courts have the capacity to manage agency regulations. Both decisions are by their nature just as bad as Roe v. Wade, but at least in Roe v. Wade I could see where someone’s ethics would have them celebrate the decision. Both of these decisions are by their very nature unamerican and designed to take power from the people and put it in the hands of big business and whoever the president is.

I never seen a better argument for packing the court than these two decisions. The Robert’s court is a joke. These decision go beyond democratic and republicans they go against the nature of American democracy.
