Clark isnt as bad a 1 on 1 defender as people make her out to be. And she has quick hands. Now her off ball defense needs alot of work.

they really struggled against the zone. Clark needed to be more aggressive. She made the right passes but as a team they were cold from 3 and would be better suited with her shooting the ball.

I'm stating the obvious when I say that the Fever need to pair Clark with a defensive specialist at guard (who also runs the floor), so that the team is not entirely helpless when facing a star shooting guard, as with Copper tonight.

She's like our man Zach LaVine. Well OK her off-ball defense is better than Zach's, because so is a traffic cone, but it's the same basic story. Long, quick guard does a nice job of on-ball defending, but gets lost within the team concept.

you think there is anyone they can get realistically this free agency that can fill that role?
