What do people in the news have to do with anything?

If you make a concession to someone, you agree to let them do or have something, especially in order to end an argument or conflict. 2. countable noun. A concession is a special right or privilege that is given to someone.

He is not conceding VICTORY. He is conceding his nomination to Kamala Harris.

I wonder if they'll both give concession speeches in November?

I truly hope not. I don't think this path to victory for Trump is any easier than it was last time. People really are tired of his BS. His base is not the entire Republican voter base. It damn sure doesn't include the independent base or the non committed dem base at all. If people come out to vote, he will lose. If she can pick a great running mate, he will lose. If she can attack him on his flaws and lies, he will lose.

The issue with Biden was age. He wasn't able to be quick enough on his feet to dismantle Trump as he lied his way through the debate. That turned a lot of people off as well. Kamala doesn't have either of those problems. She just needs to be focused and she can EASILY destroy Trump on the debate stage. She needs to be strong and harsh with her messaging and she should be able to swing some non committed voters just by pointing out how deranged and unhinged Trump is himself. He is now the old man that can barely make a coherent speech amd haa to wear diapers. It will most likely be his downfall too.

Yeah you guys really have issues with women if this is what matters to you. I'll tell you why.

I don't care who she slept with or gossip about her sexual past, that's some childish incel stuff. I don't care who Joe Biden slept with either for that matter. I only care about their policy and record.

Now if Kamala was out there raping people, and had over 26 people claiming that she sexually assaulted them, I would have a problem with that. But she doesn't.

Donald Trump on the other hand, was raping women and has 26 people accusing him of rape and sexual assault.

I can't sugar coat it. Yall look crazy right now

She wasn’t with Jeffrey Epstein that should probably be the bar.

I'm of the view people are just tired of Dems failed policies. Even those who like some of the Dems ideas, are turned off by some of the more extreme positions and the outcomes we've seen. The border, crime, economy. More of this climate stuff isn't going to get the job done.

It seems rather odd

He has. I think it was a call in to some event. Rumors were starting..

Well...then Trump will lose votes on the border because he had a bipartisan bill shut down just because he didn't want his political opponents to get a victory. If you care about the border policy you would be upset with that. The only difference in the BIden border policy was not separating families in steel cages. It was Republican government in the border States not enforcing the policies and bussing them all over the country. That's on the Republican party.

Crime is down. Fact.

The economy is recovering from a pandemic just fine. The inflation spike is the fault of Trump's economic policies when he was in office that were compounded by the pandemic money that HE ALSO doled out. He actually increased the debt PRE PANDEMIC more than any president before him or since. His lowering taxes for the rich is also a terrible policy.

So if you care about those issues, why are you supporting a man who destroyed all three of them? Make it make sense.

That's funny. He is not lying. What's the big deal, do we want to pretend that is not how some women got ahead. Does that upset all the young mommas boys with the I'm With Her T-shirts. She was cute, still is, she liked men with political power and saw it as a way to get ahead. Good for her. She's still cooked but it will be entertaining. Every time she giggles she will loss 1K voters. I wonder if she spurned Barack and that's why he wont get behind her immediately. I am also surprised that Hillary threw her support behind the laugh machine so quickly. Maybe Hillary finally found the right woman and she is thinking less about politics. I am still shocked that Biden lashed out in a dementia rage and called Barack a puppet master. So much fun, every day its a new ****. It still wont be funnier that 2016.

Yesterday Joe Manchin was mouthing off about seeking the nomination at the convention

Today he's like um yeah never mind

The nerve of him to think he could represent the party. What an ahole that guy is.
