But playing players who have little future with the team...such as say Ingles...was just a waste of potential development time.

I mean, we don't know their actual plans as far as who they're keeping or not. We know from our last rebuild we can't develop 5-6 people at a time. Ingles unlocked Moe and was needed for our bench unit last year until he ran out of gas.

It's really easy to just say throw out all of the young kids and results be damned. It may provide a slight benefit this year but not enough to risk losing 5-6 more games last year.

Yeah... PHI is doing this without Embiid, PG and Maxey ( just gotten hurt )....

Orlando is playing at 75% effort max.

Plus, teams are just solid in the NBA now. Our biggest issue was vet teams last year. Nets beat our ass twice early on and so did Philly without Embiid.

Same... what last season were sure blocked shots, opponents could make it this game..

Well... throughout the season JI will lose that weight..

I must say, Suggs looked pretty good running point. I’ll take 4 ast/1TOs in 17 minutes. Nothing amazing when it comes to running sets but solid enough with Paolo and (eventually Franz) doing their thing too.
