Didn't know anything about this but yeah the change to his shot is really weird. He's trying to get rid of the hitch but in those videos it seems like it's going in the wrong direction. Why would you accentuate the hitch as a step in getting rid of the hitch?

One of my favorite players in phx and even I said it was absolutely terrible trade for the knicks.

Seems like he transferred his shooting skills to Ryan Dunn

Did you not watch the Suns?

Sorry. Did they win it all? I'll take my duo who have 3 rings between them. If Bridges gets it done with NY this season, then I will revise my thinking on him.

Ok so you didn't.

His form change is definitely alarming and worrisome, he was 2-9 from three in the other preseason games, so it's not like the 0-10 game was such a big drop off from what he was doing. His shot looks broken.

They were all like 3rd/4th options. Winning the championship had a lot more to do with playing with Giannis or Tatum/Brown than anything they individually brought to the table. It's not like Bridges doesn't have any playoff experience. Did your thoughts on White suddenly change after this title?

Hate to say it, but feels like Markelle Fultz 2.0 in terms of a hitch developing and then the shooting form going the wrong direction.

Hmmmm... you may be on to something... what are the odds of a guy able to shoot for a decade misteriously losing his shot at the same time a 50% FT shooter suddenly turns into a 3 point sniper???

Seriously though, chances are he gets through whatever this is, I do think people may have made a mistake handwaving how terrible he was on the Nets last year though. Success is a habit and all that.

When I look at the shot, it looks like he's catapulting the ball to the basket.

Was always one of those players that you suspected could suddenly turn into a pumpkin at any moment. Why not on a team like the knicks who historically get involved in these kind of scenarios. I do genuinely think the amount given up won't equate the value he provides on this team. Donte would've been a better fit for this style they're trying to run (even if Mikal is considered the better player in totality).

Traded by the Brooklyn Nets with Keita Bates-Diop, Juan Pablo Vaulet and a 2026 2nd round draft pick ( was later selected) to the New York Knicks for Bojan Bogdanovic, Mamadi Diakite, Shake Milton, a 2025 1st round draft pick ( was later selected), a 2025 1st round draft pick ( was later selected), a 2025 2nd round draft pick ( was later selected), a 2027 1st round draft pick ( was later selected), a 2028 1st round draft pick ( was later selected), a 2029 1st round draft pick ( was later selected) and a 2031 1st round draft pick
2026 2nd-rd pick is least favorable 2025 1st-rd pick is NYK own conditional 2025 1st-rd pick is MIL own 2025 2nd-rd pick is BRK own 2027 1st-rd pick is NYK own 2028 1st-rd pick is a swap 2029 1st-rd pick is NYK own 2031 1st-rd pick is NYK own, Brooklyn also received trade exceptions

I suspect he's doing a modular thing to change the shot and this isn't the final form. If it ain't right 20 games in he needs to cut the crap.

How easy is it to cut the crap and just go back to an old shooting form. Won’t that take time too? I feel like this guy is gonna be tossing up bricks for 40 games til he figures it out
