It was only last May that the Cs were facing the Cavs in the semis and the Cavs targeted Al Horford on defense.

Al really struggled against the Cavs defensively.

Some Cs fans here even wanted Joe to bench Al for that Cavs series.

Celtics need to be fully healthy if they're facing the Cavs in the playoffs this season.

Hold your horses.

The Celtics struggle against fast guards, like Maxey, Garland, and just recently, Schroder.

So that Garland-Mitchell duo is very dangerous if you're the Cs.

Not saying the Cs won't beat them in a 7-game series, but it will not be easy.

The Celtic defense is vulnerable to speed because of all the switching the Cs are doing.

So the Cavs are legit threat, IMO.

Yeah, I must've missed when the Celtics struggled with Maxey lol. And nah, I don't see it. The series could be extended because of the C's messing around/tricking away a game as usual but they don't stand a chance against a healthy C's team. None

True.

I agree, if the Cs are healthy then Cs will definitely win.

But we all know injuries can never be predicted.

That's why I prefer health over seeding.

Read on Twitter

Not sure how accurate the tracking is, but among 284 players who played at least 41 games and averaged 15+ mpg, Tatum was 283rd in average speed. Harden was last. Also in bottom 10 -- Jokic, AD, Lebron, KD, and Doncic. The tortoise won the race!

Dangerous play. Doncic could have broken his neck from all that flopping.

From Todd Whitehead (@CrumpledJumper):

OKC would do something special if they do win the title.

Atkinson has played a major part. Always liked him and he wasn't gonna make it in Brooklyn once they got Kyrie. If he plays a part in the draft room he's done a good job because they picked Allen and Claxton.

Knicks lost again. Thibs played only 7 players and the team basically lost the game in the 4th quarter.

They might be a shade less super duper than forecast.

I was just reading their post-game thread. Knicks fans aren't as impressed with their team as they were the night they traded for KAT.

I can’t stand golden state. Their run should be over already. Hanging with the thunder.

True.

When they traded for KAT a couple of Knicks fans visited our board to talk about how improved their Knicks are.

Like I said, the Knicks improved on offense, but they lost toughness and grit.
