Its clear by long mile that team quit on their coach due him not changing anything how games were played. They running his stupid schemes to perfection hoping he gets fired.

Also this loss is not on Eberflus. It's on Poles. By not firing him week ago.

No coaching change mid season is going to have any positive effect. Let Flus and the rest of the staff lose out for the rest of the year and fire them all on the plane home from Green Bay on January 5th.
