I did not expect Towns to be as comfortable as he has been playing center.
For most jumpshooting bigs, the perception is that they don't want to get physical and would much rather play the 4.
Towns welcomes being at the center spot full-time.
He adjusted playing alongside Gobert the last two seasons, but I really thought that's what he preferred.
He knows the knock on him is lack of effort on the defensive end, but on the court it looks like he's trying.
Now all he needs is Mitch to come back. I doubt Towns wants to play 38+ minutes a night, he is accustomed to 32-33. Mitch at 15-16 mpg would be perfect. Sims only being playable for 9 minutes a night is embarrassing.
