"Doc" Rivers special: how to not defend 7 footer with 2 sec to play under a rim, while being up by 1

This might be worst defensive positioning in basketball history to defend last play. 6 years old kids would set this with more BBIQ.

And still somehow Houston screw this up :crazy:

Doc is really the worst coach in the leaque. Tyronn Lue is the Coach Doc was labeled when he was young. Players coach, who always gets the best out of his players & is extremely versatile tactically.

Philly about to blow. Unfortunate their rebuild didn't lead to the ultimate prize. Maxey and McCain are really good pieces though. They probably don't need to fully rebuild this time.

Thinking the same thing...not even sure what kind of trade value Embiid has if it blows in this kind of environment (considering his injuries, etc)...He's an MVP talent, but...

Still expect the Sixers to win like 15 out of 20 games at some time in the next 1-2 months. I doubt Embiid suddenly fall from legendary regular season performer to damage goods. George scored 23 last season on 61TS%. Maxey comes back...

His contract is crazy. He’s owed $51 million this season and it get’s bigger from there that in 4 years, he’ll be getting paid almost $70m. Plus, he can’t be traded until March 20th, 2025 because he signed an extension. If there is a trade, it will probably be over the summer unless they do well in the playoffs.

I want to see Embiid/George/Maxey at least play one game together before I throw dirt on their grave.

They’re in too deep of a hole to get a good seed, but I think they’ll still make the playoffs.

I mean, given 10 out of 15 end up in playin or direct playoffs, and how East looks, it would be very difficult for 76ers to miss at least playin. Same with Bucks.
Right now win rate of 10th team is 40% . That's 32-50 record pace
Current direct to playoffs pace is 38-44 pace :lol:

At some point they will win like 6-7-8 in a row and bounce back, especially once tankers kick into full tank gear.

The upper seeds are gonna be leery of getting that PHI matchup esp if all their guys can play.

I agree with this. They've looked too good in spurts to be this consistently bad if that makes sense. BPI has them in the play-in and in a tight race for the 6th seed. Similar scenario to last season.
