Couldn't watch the game because I didn't fancy staying awake until 6am to see the whole thing, but what a feeling to wake up to.

Damn. I went to bed after that 4th LeBron 3 in a row and missed the game winner! Franz really stepped up !

Kind of hilarious how KCP doesn’t play and Orlando’s shooting takes a jump.

These celebrations look dangerous, I'd be sitting them out if I were him, too

- Game thoughts -
-I thought there were some fouls that went LA way due to their prestige and household names.
-Looking LA Lakers this year, this team looks stacked. I have no idea how we managed to win.
-I feel like Lakers lost this game as much as Franz won it. (see comment above as to reasons why)
-The good news is, my feelings don't matter. We won. They lost. It feels really good for us. It feels meh for Lakers fans. They get to look up at crypto arena and see the championship banners. We get a regular season win.
- Franz at this level is a max player. EZ. All day. I am very impressed by our teams resilience. Young teams *should* struggle with their best player goes down and should struggle in these situations.
- TDS played like a player who belongs in the NBA. Its a tremendous upgrade over Okeke.
- WCJ must not start when he returns. He needs to gradually come back from the bench again. Just my opinion.
- Black struggles against these legendary type rim protectors. It'll take time for him to find the FTA rate I think. But otherwise a solid stat line and it sounded to me like he had plenty of potential assists the shots just didn't fall tonight.

Off the game thoughts. AD is playing like one of the greatest players of all time while playing with one of the greatest players of all time. Not to mention how deep the Lakers are in general as they still have playable players after that. I think they are my favorite to win this year. Too much experience, pedigree and prestige.

There is footage of Paolo floating around at the end of the game and he looks happy as a clam. I imagine he wasn't "medically cleared" for that celebration.

I felt like there was a combination of foul calls in the 4th plus AD + Lebron cooking that felt like they should have won.

Then they both proceeded to get us back into the game by missing free throws.

The game is 48 minutes for a reason.

This is a game what we prob shouldn't have not won on paper. 3rd game in 4 nights, back to back, their two stars rolling. But these are the games that good teams win, the games you aren't supposed to win. The Magic are making that next step.

I am really happy we pulled this one off, it would have been a shame to waste our first good offensive game in a while after a great effort on the second game of a B2B. Franz with a huge shot to win it and a great game overall, it's so good to see his 3 ball back. Pretty epic choke on the FTs by the Lakers late gave him a chance to win the game and he took it cold-bloodedly.

Moe was excellent offensively. It's still hilarious to me that so many opponents keep biting on his shot fakes at the 3 point line, even someone as great defensively as AD. Mo is really good at them, but surely any scouting report on him has "Let him shoot 3s and don't let him get a step on you for a drive, he is not a good shooter and is deadly inside" at the top of it. That dunk he made at the start of the 2nd quarter was filthy.

harris with a very good game, shot well and played smart defense.
