I’ve heard more than one media personality (not sure if they have sources but it’s the notable ones) say Warren probably has more say than we realize

I want Flus fired sooooo badly mostly because I want to be able to root full force for them to win games. As much as I ALWAYS root for a win, every week he is still there I’m afraid any win will lead to FO convincing themselves to hold onto him.

I would love to see him fired tomorrow, TB or Hightower put in interim HC … and watch them win out! It’s possible, this team is actually talented and Caleb is really really good. (They still wouldn’t make playoffs now but I just want to see them win games they are capable of).

F it, fire Flus and bring in Lovie mid season as interim HC haha

Apparently Allen said he’s either resigning with Chicago or going back to the chargers

DJ, you're supposed to keep the Flus incompetence in-house.

As I see the last play again, did Odunze quit on that route? That was funky.

That’s tough to do when Flus himself puts it out there for the whole world to see. And then, doubles down on said incompetence.

He basically said this on the “Big Dog” Mercedes Lewis podcast. I’m guessing we will have to pay more to keep him, but curious to see what he thinks his market is worth.

I’ve watched the replay about 10 times, and he 100% slowed down and it actually looks like the ball would have been right there if he didn’t. But not enough separation for it to be a for sure touchdown. Probably would have been tackled at the 1, which would have been an even more hilarious way to lose.

All time bad loss maybe you do gotta fire him but don't make TB interim. Let him continue with Caleb. Caleb also missed some easy throws

If I’m the Bears, I put Brown as interim coach tomorrow, and get a free look at how he handles being thrown into the deep end. He still can call the plays. But if not, Caleb can handle dealing with Kerry Joseph just fine.

From this point on, Ryan Poles takes it on his own reputation. Flus is a now a known substandard quantity. We will see how long Poles can hold out without blinking. Warren could easily be losing faith unless they already came to an understanding between the two men

Coaches have been fired for less than Eberflus’s litany of failures throughout his tenure.

I can't do that and potentially compound the head coach mistake with stunting Caleb's growth.

That was the most embarrassing piece of coaching I think I've ever seen in potentially any sport. I'm in disbelief in that time management at the end.

And he doesn't even own up to in the post-game interviews.

He's a literal clown and shouldn't be allowed in the state of Illinois(never mind the city of Chicago) ever again.

This team is 4-8 because Flus himself has lost us 4 games through sheer incompetent coaching.

Also, this team consistently gets off to awful starts. Flus is a dead man walking. Awful, awful, awful head coach.

Losers find ways to lose.

Winners find ways to win.

Flus is and has been a loser at HC. Like many he’s a solid DC but an awful HC.

Correct me if I’m wrong, the Bears needed points on the play. A WR decelerating short of the end zone is not the definition of high football IQ….

Just another mystery on top of mysteries on that play.
