Very interesting. I did not expect him to go the college route. He chose the easier players to manage along with the ability to set his son up for success. Can’t blame him for that.

Assuming these guys also get fired and should be available the likely candidates are/will be Doug Pederson, Zac Taylor, Sean McVay, Kellen Moore, and Kliff Kingsbury. Those are the guys that could fix the offense and will be names that will be thrown around. Mike Vrabel’s name was brought up today too.

Yea they are just retreads. All are good offensive guys but flawed as coaches. Jerry loves those guys.

I would look at a guy like Jesse Minter (Chargers DC). He comes from the Ravens/Michigan- Harbaugh coaching tree.

Mike Vrabel would clash with Jerry in my opinion. I would go with a younger up & coming coordinator over a retread.
