It came down to:

Harden & Love
Or
Rose (no one can draft him) & a worse 6th man.

Harden shot his best that year from 3, and still lead the league in assists.

Love my big man trio of Love, AK, Gobert.

Think I made the right choice.

Wondering if you ever considered an Indiana PG - I was certainly thinking about him

Also considered a veteran late-career all-star, as well as D Rose

I thought for sure you were taking Rose. Thought I’d have the choice of Harden or Deron. Didn’t consider the Indiana PG as Point was the deepest position in this pool to me, and they were all gone in the 3rd/4th rounds except for you and I. With the more expensive versions of Kawhi & Butler I decided I shouldn’t afford Rose. I love how it turned out though.

Yeah I think we both ended up with the best guy for our team

I would change Leonard to 2016 imo. It was his defensive peak pretty much, and there's redundancy between the 3. I reckon it's a better offset (lower usage which is a good thing), still keep the elite C&S and cover for Harden better, he was just flat bad at the Sixers in totality.

That way the 2 main ball handlers will be Harden/Butler and Kawhi as more the finisher (which is better suited at anyway).

I can’t he played for the Spurs then.

Plenty of talent still on the board.

Vince Carter, Alonzo Mourning, Kristaps Porzingis, Chris Bosh, Pau Gasol (Bulls), Chris Webber (Kings or Wizards), Vlade Divac, Derrick Rose, Mike Conley (Utah or Minny), Pascal Siakam, Arvydas Sabonis, Gordon Hayward, Detlef Schrempf, and PGs who are usually not taken like Kemba, Wall, Fox...

Vince was my next option for second round in case I missed on Allen, and I almost took Anunoby fourth round because I noticed how surprisingly deep is the spacing big men pool (Towns Lopez Laimbeer Porzingis Bosh Pau Webber Sabonis Turner Love Ibaka Marc) - though not all of them get the same credit for their spacing.

I was debating a cheap wing player and Porzingis, but with Hill on the board, I wanted him and it made some changes.

I have a bit more of a 90s Vibe,

I would also add the Jeff Horceck is a guy that should get drafted more often.

I could've gone Lillard/Vince/O'Neale/08 KG/Mutombo and Caruso/Peja/3 FGA C bench. Might have been dumb to not do it but I tried the better fitting Dumars.
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

08 KG isn't eligible.

I'll trigger the AI vote if there are still open matchups when I'm up tomorrow morning. That's nighttime EDT
