I'm more into this than I thought I would be and certainly more so than a typical December regular season game. That being said, I still think the worst part about the Cup is that the Final doesn't count and is basically just a prestigious exhibition game.

They really should at least make the cup a tiebreaker over everything else in the playoffs.

No but that's a good idea. I'd make it a #31 but isn't awarded until after that years trade deadline.

Head coaches get the same purse as the players, and assistant coaches split a smaller prize (75%).

But the real NBA Cup is the friends we made along the way.

No but that's a good idea. I'd make it a #31 but isn't awarded until after that years trade deadline.

I'd make it so the loser of the Final doesn't get an L (just like it is now), but the winner of the Final gets a W in the standings (so they're the only team to have 83 games on their record).

I don't think they need to do too much because the Cup is already the most exciting part of the regular season and has to be considered a success at this point.

Still think the winning team in the Cup should get the pick after the lottery. That would drive more fan interest imo

Last season in Vegas against the Pacers, the Bucks played some of the laziest defense I have ever seen an NBA team play in a big game.

Last year there was one less day. After we won the quarterfinal we flew immediately to Vegas and got in at 4:00 am. Had practice at noon. Indy had got there the day before. This year we had an extra day.

After the crazy colored courts (which I actually liked) in the tourney it looks like it's just a regular looking court today.
