Boom we get Lattimore for his debut in Nola on Sunday. What a coincidence. Can’t wait to see him ball out for us.

I will stand and die on this hill. That it was a terrible trade as far as value goes.

I feel the same way. Don't trade valuable assets for an oft-injured player. Keep building patiently through the draft.

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread
Like the wr depth in this draft is weak but OL, RB and special teams is looking solid. Yes we have a few 7th rounders. But even though most of the Ron era draft picks are gone. We probably won't get a com pick at all. So we're we are. A first a second a third a fifth and 3 sevenths. We could have used that 3-4 and 6 to really sure up this young team. I am very disappointed that we just tossed those picks away. I think a 4-6 for latimore and 7th would have been fair. But still more than they should have paid. Idk. I don't see him being better than all 3 of those draft picks I know they weren't top 100 picks but **** me side ways. This just feels like EG bull ****.Chocolate City Jordanaire wrote:I feel the same way. Don't trade valuable assets for an oft-injured player. Keep building patiently through the draft.

If Lattimore stays healthy, it will be a good deal. If he doesn't, it won't. I think it was worth what they paid but time will tell.

The best predictor of future performance is past performance. Lattimore misses a ton of games, and he's been ineffective since 2021.Benjammin wrote:If Lattimore stays healthy, it will be a good deal. If he doesn't, it won't. I think it was worth what they paid but time will tell.

Twenty-four missed games in three seasons. HORRIBLE RATINGS in the Twenty-four games he played. The guy is cooked, and the Commanders made a dumb move.

If latimore. Stays healthy, returns to form and say signs a team friendly deal and plays 85 percent of the games on that deal at just above average performance for him .it's just a slight over pay. But that's if every thing goes perfect. If he continues to miss a step, misses games or demands too much money and or walks this deal is complete **** for us. Yes we only leveraged one years picks but 3 picks and a net of 2 is a lot.

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread
Another change at Kicker.
Hopefully we get a nice lead and keep it.
I’m not in the mood for a game that comes down to a kicking contest.
Who plays at Center? This is a potential problem.

Nice to see JD running out of bounds consistently rather than cutting back inside.
Quite a catch by Ertz.

Lattimore hasn't been targeted yet.

Commaners .
There's no d.
I was certain New Orleans was going to drive for a touchdown and go for two. I'm surprised they didn't lose.

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread
The clock stopping for 3 seconds at the 8 second mark was suspect.

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread
9 penalties for 84 yards and 8 sacks killed the offense, not to mention the 3 bombs to TM that barely missed.
We had the ball for over 40 minutes and almost lost. That is hard to do. Luckily we escaped.

I thought so also but was it possible because the defender wasn't allowing the receiver to get up? There's winning ugly and then there's that monstrosity.Rafael122 wrote:The clock stopping for 3 seconds at the 8 second mark was suspect.

Shawn Hochuli the referee said after the game the clock should not have stopped and it would NOT have been reviewable which is a travesty of course.Benjammin wrote:I thought so also but was it possible because the defender wasn't allowing the receiver to get up? Seems like we play a lot worse when Biadasz sits.
