I thought so also but was it possible because the defender wasn't allowing the receiver to get up? There's winning ugly and then there's that monstrosity.

Shawn Hochuli the referee said after the game the clock should not have stopped and it would NOT have been reviewable which is a travesty of course.

This ref crew shouldn't ref another game moving forward. Let's set aside the gambling part of it, the playoff implications and fallout over a missed call and they're just like "yeah it happened and we can't do anything about it." That's a horrific excuse.

Correction: they traded three picks but got one back in return. So they lost two picks in the transaction, not three.

With our record those two picks are late 3rd and late 4th.

Miami lost so their 3rd which we have is looking good.

Yeah so much for him being “cooked” lol when he plays he is a top 3 corner in the game. He will shut AJ Brown down this weekend too and opens up things for Sainristil to play his natural position. He got one pick and should’ve had 2 Sunday.

Also, Dan Quinn will not be the coach of this team when they ultimately win a SB with Jayden. He is not a good coach. Kicking that 54 yarder with a kicker off the street is not smart football. Just an overall very boring game that felt very preseason like. That game should’ve been a blow out. They’ll probably come back home and beat the Eagles this weekend. Just win the Falcons and Cowboys games and we are in the big dance though.

We're likely to have Parsons and Lattimore next year. The defense will be good.

Offensively we just need to do everything we can to have a dominant running game next year. O-Line, RB, w/e.

Ertze & Chinn are active.

I think the Commanders need to jump out ahead by a few scores early to take Barkley out of the game.

Wow Eagles O-line making it easy for Barkley. Commanders may need to use an extra D-lineman.

Now that was a YUGE win!

I've never seen a team surrender FIVE turnovers and win.

Dan Snyder is a horrible, nasty person, I am SO happy he gets to watch the Commanders ascend. :)

I hate looking ahead to the offseason when we've got at least 3 more weeks of football left but this team has so much money going into the offseason that they could do whatever they want. I think Robinson is a good back, but he doesn't have that game breaking speed. He's a plodder, so I'd probably look at upgrading that. He doesn't fumble, so me saying this isn't because he fumbled twice yesterday but he can get you the tough 2-3 yards but we need a dude who can fly down the field.

St. Juste needs to go. I have no idea how the rest of the game would have played out if St. Juste had made that tackle on AJ Brown, but we need an upgrade at corner. Obviously another receiver to go with McLaurin, tight end if Sinnott isn't ready, and perhaps look into the guard spots on the o-line.

If I had to guess, my guess is Peters is going to look at the Niners and see who he can pluck from there, Greenlaw (coming off an achilles), Hufanga (acl) and Ward will probably his prime targets. I'd imagine Tee Higgins is someone they'll take a look at.

I'd definitely bring back Fowler, Chinn and Wagner though.

we can just go get a second back for cheap rather than upgrading. Lions have Montgomery for bruising and Gibbs for scatting. Ravens have Derrick Henry and Justice Hill. Denver has Javonte Williams as the bruiser, and McLaughlin as the pass catcher.

Cam Akers is a fast back who'll be a FA. So's Kenny Gainwell. Easier to get utility out of these third down guys when you've got the runner in place.

That's a lot of holes. DB, WR, TE, multiple spots on the O-line, and will probably need to replace these stopgap defensive front 7 guys that we poached from the Cowboys eventually. Doing the same with the niners is a good idea. Greenlaw is an absolute beast, and if he didn't get hurt in the SB, the niners would have absolutely won. He was wrecking shop. Tee would

Tried telling yall this kid is the franchise QB we have been waiting for 30 plus years. He will be a top 3 QB for the next decade if not number 1. He is doing this all with an average cast outside of Terry. He will put up video game numbers soon enough. And he has ice in his veins most importantly.
