Here is an example of what I think would be good for Charlotte and get LaMelo off the ball more with him still being the main offensive option.
https://thehoopsgeek.com/play/FY5mCyE1dqBasically Miller brings ball up, LaMelo in the corner. Miles sets a zoom screen for LaMelo coming out of the corner and Miller hits LaMelo on the curl cut as Bridges rolls to the rim off the screen for the potential lob. Or Melo can shoot the floater if he has the defender on his hip. or if Marks man steps up, LaMelo has the lob for him. That is option 1.
If LaMelo isn't open, he goes to the left block. Miller swings to Green, Mark sets a cross screen for LaMelo to see if he can get an easy layup on opposite block. If the defense switches then LaMelo should clear to the corner and Mark should have a mismatch on the block vs the guy that was guarding LaMelo, Green throws the ball down low. That is option 2.
If the Defense doesn't switch and LaMelo isn't open. He peels back and rescreens for Mark on a cross screen, again hoping for a switch for Mark on block. As soon as LaMelo screens Mark, Miller is setting a downscreen for LaMelo and Melo pops to the top of the key for a potential 3. That is option 3.
If nothing is there, then you have Melo at top of the key probably with sub 6 on the shotclock in a potential iso situation or calling Mark or Miles for a quick rescreen situation. That is option 4.
