It has to be a contending team. The only way a losing team would take Jimmy is as a massive salary dump, which would require attaching multiple assets.

Who knows was just throwing a potential off the cuff suitor who has a good chunk of expiring’s to throw around. Houston has 28.1 million between Adams, Tate, and Green so that also puts them in a very good spot.

You can scratch off the names of every team below .400 ... which is another reason this should have been handled in the offseason.

Just saw the suspension news. Didn't think Riley would go there. Now there's no coming back. This turning out to be the NBA version of Drake vs Kendrick. But to really make it happen jimmy need to drop a Rachel Nichols sit down interview calling Pat out directly. Jimmy you on the clock, you got 24 hours to respond

Do you think we could get Masai to give us Dick as part of the Jimmy package? Or is Dick too hard for them to include since Dick is young?

What if we get involved in 3 team trade and ship them Canada’s own Wiggins instead of us taking on his contract? We get back Bruce Brown’s expiring and maybe an extra pick somewhere in there

Awful fit it would mean Jokic and Murray are the only 2 shooters on the squad with Jimmy/Gordon/Westbrook/Braun being good to great players but not consistent floor spacers. So 6 out of your best 6-8 players cannot shoot that will get exposed hard in the playoffs.

Maybe if its a Butler/Jovic for Portor/filler/Payton Watson it could work.

Send him somewhere like the Toronto team that rented Kawhi for a year and got a championship. They were one vet away from getting to the Finals. I don't think GSW is that team this year. OKC could be. NYK could be. PHI might be. MEM perhaps.
