Dame froze out Giannis twice on a side pick and roll when he was wide open to pass to Prince.

Back in the day this is when you’d unleash Erick Murdock and let him turn it into a YMCA game. And then someone would get injured in the chaos, probably Carlos Delfino. And they’d show his wife showing general concern and you’d remember that he’s a millionaire

And clearing the bench is not the answer here. MarJon comes back in and we lose by 40.
Nah playing for pride is childish. Sometimes a nice fat suppository pill of getting smoked in 2 quarters is needed.

That was really noticable. Giannis was there on the mismatch for a pass but Dame doesn't even seem to be looking in his direction half the time and goes for the poorer option, half of which seem to lead to turnovers because Dame's passing is average at best.

KAT allowed to give all the contact he wants when defending, and AJ Green blows on him up the other end and he gets the call.

Nah, giving up is childish.
I mean, a moral victory is cool I guess.

There are other problems that are legit, but you can't draw too sweeping of a conclusion from this when Ajax & Green were such x-factors but went in a funk at the same time, then this coincided w/ an in-form Trent & Rollins becoming unavailable. At 1 stage we had Prince on Brunson. How is that a recipe for success?

To boot Giannis got hurt during this game to make him sheepish about going to the basket & battle for boards.

This is naturally going to cause a lot of issues, that could resolve in the near-term.
