Let's stack the 905 with anyone who is eligible to play down there and go for the Chip! Helps our main club tank too.

And to put it into perspective, that 26/27 season he will be Gradeys age this season...still lots of growing to do. For Gradey it's his body, consistency and defense. For Chomche it's learning NBA basketball and overall offense.

So that season we have our 2 1sts and hopefully Chomche being added to the team.

I've been to two 905 games. One in late November and just this one this past weekend.

Chomche's court awareness has drastically improved.

He had a few solid passes at the end of the last game too!
I believe in Masai.

The quality of these blocks is actually pretty insane. He really has some excellent reaction speed and ability to adjust his angle on the block.

He is less than zero on the offensive end right now, so that's where he's going to have the biggest growth to be able to get some small minutes next year. Year 3 is going to be the the real measure of what he'll be able to do in the league.

That's why I made the Serge comparison. Timing/ athleticism.

He may not have Ibaka's vertical, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is faster than Serge in a full court sprint. His speed & reaction time are very elite.

This Long Island Laval thing seems so random. I thought they were playing in France or something at first but the Long Island on the court threw me off.

Anyway, Chomche's defensive potential stands out eveytime I watch him play

Chomche seemed to have a weak game. Were his minutes limited?

They should give him rotation minutes on a back to back. It could give him a nice confidence boost or be a reminder how hard he'll need to work to get to that level.

TWO will ask for whatever it can to try and get losses.

Chomche played 22 mins....Frank 25 but Frank shot 9/11 and 3/4 from 3. Seems to be a balance of offense and defense.

Just have to remember that it's not just about game minutes, lots of practice time is needed for his development. He doesn't need NBA minutes at all yet.

These are pretty impressive, Mogbo is a top tier athlete.

He's being used as a point of attack defender with the 905 which is nice to see and we will see how everything translates over later in the season when minutes open up.

Ya and I'm sure they brought in Keminsky for that reason. The 905 isnt only about Chomche's development, there are other guys that need it too and Chomche was being forcefed minutes at the start to the detriment of the team. That would keep a lot of other folks to avoid wanting to play for the 905.

With due time, I'm sure he'll take that job back once his development compliments the development of the other players too.

Ya, he's a great 7th man like a DFS. I'd rather him expend energy at the POA than Barnes. Have Barnes closer to the basket so he can grab and go.

If Mogbo ever could develop a 3pt shot....

Return to Toronto Raptors
