Miami has so many shooting guards I couldn't see them wanting him anyways.

Bucks would be really dumb to trade AJ

Yep, he's not a throw in. But he's 25, how much better is he going to get?

How much better does he need to get? You can't give the guy a sliver of space.

Then that leaves us w/ Chris Haynes. I'd be fine w/ the policy because the fake rumors about Giannis, Beal, probably LaVine, etc.; have been driving people crazy. But let's not act like ESPN & co. haven't embarrassed themselves covering us this season.

I think there are maybe three insiders in the NBA. I'm fine with Shams, Stein, and Haynes being the only reliable sources. Gambo here in this very specific Suns situation.

No one else knows ****.

Stein just reported misinfo about our Beal interest. He's used by rival execs and needs to create content.

Shams is the guy on done deals, but rumors even he's shaky. He & the ol Windbag were on the Giannis rumors. They work for ESPN.

Haynes is independent & a freelancer AFAIK. And his recent history is being straight-fw. What you see is what you get.

Every insider is being worked by agents or GMs. I just think those three or four are being fed actual info. It just might be total crap.

None of the ESPN insiders are posting yearbook photos.

Beating the dead horse, but Gambo has hit on non-Suns stuff, too. He appears to have solid sources.

Meanwhile, my buddy Jim O doesn't have squat. I hope he doesn't see this.

Read on Twitter

41. Jimmy Butler (46.0)

58. Zach LaVine (70.0)

202. Bradley Beal (198.8)

Is there a frontcourt replacement big/tweeter who’s within a similar or slightly cheaper salary slot as Bobby that you’d like to see targeted by the Bucks as a replacement for Bobby? Someone who’s probably more well rounded as a two way (O & D) player.

…or do you think the Bucks are best off sticking with Bobby and trying to platoon his bench role with a cheap young athletic and defensive-minded frontcourt presence; the aim being to substitute him for Bobby in bad Bobby & possibly Brook matchups. If so, do you have any names in mind?

The duo I'd like is Robert Williams and Dalano Banton. Williams splits the center minutes with Brook, while Banton eventually replaces Prince and is part of a 3 forward rotation with Giannis and Khris.

Williams makes a tick less than Bobby, and Banton can be acquired using the minimum salary exception.

Any interest in one of these four options?

1. Grant & Banton for Middleton

2. Grant & Williams for Middleton and Connaughton

3. Grant, Williams, & Banton for Middleton & Portis

4. Grant, Williams, Banton & Thybulle for Middleton, Portis, & Connaughton.

I'm thinking Portland may need to return a future pick for trades 1, 2 or 3.

No interest in Grant. How much draft compensation for Williams and Banton?

Someone on Fanspo.com just did a trade of Middleton to Houston for D.Brooks, Jeff Green, and a 1st from Houston. I would do this deal. Brooks is a defensive beast. Uncle Jeff good vet on a expiring deal plus get a draft pick.

Dillon Brooks is a brainless chucker. No thanks. Jeff Green has no value. We'd have to cut someone to make this work, which makes us farther over the 2nd apron.

Yup. The "insiders" don't get everything right. But someone posted something from a fake account and there's no reason to derail the thread further. That's why I posted what I did.

All this talk in the media about Khris and I have to ask myself...

Is it less than a 50% chance that he can be ready to go for the playoffs like he was last year?

I get the fact that Khris doesn't fit with Giannis and Dame very well, but the second we would trade him, our biggest need would become a guy who can score and play make off the bench.

To me it just seems like the real answer is to trade Bobby and whatever else and get an athletic guy that defend and hit a three

So really if it's not going to be Jimmy Butler then I don't really see the point

I recall this bozo saying that Dame may be better than Giannis last year after the first game.

Why don't you think Khris fits with Dame and Giannis? The pairing works great.

Because most of those things are counting stats and not normalized for minutes played and Bobby has played the 4th most minutes. But don't let that stop your narrative.

Middleton has played 600 minutes less than Portis, less than half his minutes, and has almost passed him.
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”
