Trade Booker to Houston for some good ass BBQ and a first round pick and call it a day.

It's really just the pattern for the flakers as they also blatantly colluded to get Anthony Davis, and the league even helped them back then as well by jumping them up from 11 to 4 in the draft that year just to hand them more value for the Davis exchange. Nico Harrison has been a long-time friend of Rob Pelinka and also close friends with Jareed Dovey, who was one of the asset. coaches alongside of Kidd during their championship season with Leebron. Also, Harrison had connections (unmentioned) with Lebron/ Klutch when Harrison was a Nike executive.
But the Lakers know they can be so brazen because there simply won't be any legitimate investigation if any at all because the league office/ Silver will always bail out their big market flagship franchise! To help ensure ratings, viewership, and Jersey/ ticket sales. Just like when the league gifted them Gasol prior to Davis!

LOL! Yet you won't see him or any other player turn down that life-changing money in the interest of his premised freedom of choice. What a freakin' clown!!!!

PG already on the move. Damn that is brutal.
How many draft picks would that cost Phoenix?
I still want Door Number 2 Monty: Durant to GSW and Booker to Houston -- Lets Make a Deal!!!
Granted the Houston deal is so tough to make as Green has the poison pill so its really hard to get the math to work
unless its like Dillan Brooks, Jeff Green, Stephen Adams and picks for Booker

Stupid comparison from Schroder. That's just called having a job. Guess what, many jobs are like that. Military is like that. Don't like it, then quit.
I think of it as the NBA as a whole, with 30 subdivisions where you can possibly get moved from one of these locations to another.

Can someone actually help me understand this line of thinking here?? How and why would we ever consider trading KD to Washington IF we'd not at least be getting back Sarr AND Coulilaby/ pick/picks?

Probably multiple sources out of Golden State would WANT this to happen, which is why they're promoting this at all.

Maybe KD wants to play for the home town team
They have some expirings like Brodgon, Holmes, and Bagley
But the trade makes no sense unless he just wants to play at home. Which kind of makes sense as durant seems like he just wants to play hoops so playing at home might mean more than winning
Than its just figuring out the two names you mention and draft picks
Bucks seems a lot tougher but Durant replaces MIddleton as the shooter
whatever it takes

Team chemistry trumps talent when talent doesn't work hard.
Ishbia really thought he would come in and outsmart the entire league. I wish we could go back to the time when this guy was still on our team.

Would hope the best course of action for the entire league to get their viewership back, is KD going back to OKC. Lebron playing with Steph and Draymond. Suns, of course getting Chet
Suns could easily retool around Booker, Chet, and Dunn... and Beal since no one is taking him right now. Go back to point Book, since Tyus just sits in the corner anyway.

what he just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in his rambling, incoherent response were he even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.

Wiggins and Kuminga are ok! But I'd almost rather have those post 27 and beyond Warriors picks and a couple of their younger players/ salary fillers instead.
Yesterday or maybe Sunday, Siegel said Durant to GSW was dead.. today he is talking about the same players being mentioned plus draft picks. Two questions
1) let me know the draft picks
2) could Wiggins be shipped off to another team
Yeah, clearly the KD to Golden state premise would be reported as " dead" whilst Ishbia was still in delusion over us being actual contenders and getting Butler. But obviously without either of those things being realistic or logical now, the KD to GS rumors should gain more steam. And yes, I'd look to flip Wighons elsewhere immediately! But also target the GS 27 and 29' firsts for their value. Something around Kuminga and those picks and fillers.
Although I'd much prefer ( IF NOT PRIORITIZING PICKS) to just do my KD to Denver premise! And then target more picks and young talent from trading Booker. We could even move off of a couple of those young players, vets for more draft assets or whatever to increase our package return.
