You can blame Beal for refusing to be traded.

That's a dumb take.

I don't think Beal is in that trade.

I think Durant has a beef with Green so if a Durant to Warriors deal happens they have to give up Green.

The Michigan State Ishbia/Draymond Connection could be real.

Honestly, not a bad idea to move Durant while he still has value.

So we'll get sold on Kuminga for the future and trade Durant for Butler and Green?

Crazy to me that we're no longer talking Beal for Jimmy but rather talking about moving KD and getting back Green and Jimmy lol

Unless we're getting an absolute treasure trove of picks, I don't see the point at all

Green, Butler, Kuminga make 30m more than Durant so only Beal can salary match that.

Who would get Beal?

Green doesn't have to be included in the trade. Warriors can send him to a contender.

Originally it was reported as Beal to the Sixers and PG to the Warriors.

Now KD to the Warriors and Beal is not involved.

This might be the framework (speculating)

Durant for Green, Kuminga, Payton, 2 x GSW unprotected firsts

Beal, 3 x Utah swapped firsts, 1 x GSW first for Butler

Fine with the KD trade

I don't see the point of the Jimmy trade where we give up 4 picks (3 swaps) if we're getting rid of KD.

Like I'd just do the KD trade in this case and just pocket the 1sts

I would ask for 3FRP and 3 swaps. Beal can play on the second unit.

We better get a boat load of picks with that deal. Green is negative value on his contract, and butler and kuminga are up for big contract extentions.

The Lakers just turned AD into Luka, and we turn KD into Draymond Green?

Keep your expectations low with this FO. It's healthier.

The good outcome is get as many picks as you can for KD and forget about Butler. Then use the picks on a star player under 30 if required. Green, Butler, come on...

"Green, who has an established relationship with Suns' owner Mat Ishbia through their Michigan State ties, is a player the Suns covet."

Relationship lol. That's how NBA works apparently after Luka trade and this BS.

It’s not “ what you know it’s WHO YOU KNOW” that has always been applied in life. Most people who are rich and well off have connections that’s how they became wealthy in the first place.

If we're trading KD, it should be to Houston or OKC to get young pieces with upside back. The GSW trade is garbage.

Also why the f*** would we trade multiple 1sts for Jimmy given his situation?

I would make the trade directly with Miami.

Durrant for Jimmy Butler and Ware + Multiple draft picks.

That gets something for KD and starts our future

Makes us bigger and younger. If we could then send Butler to GS while getting something in return that would be great. How about Kuminga and Wiggins for Butler?

That would be the start of the rebuild.

Nothing would surprise me with Ishbia's record in getting back equal value in trades.
