San Antonio and OKC are going to be running the West for a while. But this is also why I think if the NBA put a lot of thought into the realignment of teams after expansion OKC moving to the East might not geographically make sense BUT business wise makes a lot of sense.

Balance the powers, no more Boston being the king. Instant controversy and rivalry born in the East and West . Spurs vs Thunder Finals would be huge ratings, Boston is getting old and boring and honestly have it way to easy to keep making the Finals. As much as I hate that for us, it honestly is good for the league.

I can tell you what will fix nba and rating- Lakers vs Celtics. Every year

Lol Boston vs LA is played out. The league will get together and the powers to be will say we want Wemby vs Chet, Castle vs Shae , we want two well ran organizations that are financially stable and loaded with draft capital and dominant players to be the face now.

And to that point you can’t say the league wouldn’t love the Conference Finals to come down to Lakers VS Spurs & Celtics VS Thunder any of that combination is a good outcome. The script has been written lol

Gen Z Magic fans and non Magic fans see Matt McClung, I see a guy co-opting Pat Garrity's number in the Dunk Contest.

Give Little Mac a standard NBA contract.

And a rotation spot.

If McClung goes the Aaron Gordon dunk as a tribute, that would be awesome.
