I know there are player fans, but as a player that would creep me out having grown men follow me around like that. Hell it creeped me out when I had females stalking me. I only played up to a college level. A lot of the stalker women were not cute. One was missing her entire front teeth, she didnt even have dentures. She found my roommate and got him to let her in sat on the couch waiting for me to come home. How do you stalk someone and dont even have the decency to bring your front teeth? I couldnt imagine all the weirdo stalker the NBA players have

AirP was all class as a player fan & contributed to the board w/ no bias/homerism to the point i didnt even know he was a player fan until he announced it. He can do wtf he wants.

Morant’s 3p shooting has really fallen off of a cliff, I’m not sure he could excel in Spo’s system. For a “star” his contract is reasonable considering you’d be getting his prime years, but there’s also concerns about durability.

I enjoyed 99.99% of my time on the Heat forums, probably only 2nd to the Chicago forums but really nothing good comes from posting in a team forum where the player you follow just left which brings me to the dumbest post I've seen on RealGm in the 18 years I've been on these forums.

I'm sorry that a lot of non cute women thought they had a real chance with you to the point they actually went to your place, but I don't see how that's anywhere close to being in the same situation as someone who enjoys basketball has decided to just follow a player.
I thought the Philly fans posting that Butler forced his way to Miami to "retire from the NBA" was the dumbest posts I remembered seeing on these forums but this one I'm replying to is my new #1.

Yeah the shooting + durability is a concern, but he's only 25 and hasn't suffered any serious lower-body injuries (which is where the main risk lies for a player like him). IMO, he's right up there in terms of talent as Ant, and due to the risks you highlighted (which are 100% valid) he will probably be more attainable for us.
