Cavs the fakest 1 seed the sports ever seen, I pray to gos we somehow get them in the playoffs and Mitch eats them all alive again

If not Mitch it will be Huk!

Gotta prepare him a bit more Mobley and Allen don't scare me at all. Wish we were healthy tomorrow would have been a good measuring stick but everyone will just say we are done if we lose

Loss no matter what, so the "Knicks aren't it" narrative can continue

well, you can always use the truthful narrative instead which is the NBA sucks in general and there are only a handful of good teams that get to pad their records against the rest of the league. That would make us good, but until we can beat all three teams: Boston, OKC and Cleveland that's all we are

When healthy and that includes Mitch - I believe we can. The problem is fans and media alike judge us like we are whole but without our defensive anchor we aint.

That's right, currently we ain't. Then when Mitch comes back we'll see if he is or he ain't going to stay on the floor long enough to matter.

Not developing front court depth is a Thibs issue and waiting for Mitch is no excuse for his delinquency as a coach

Plus we have to deal with the likelihood of Thibs being thoroughly outcoached by Mazulla, Daigneault and Atkinson.

Thibs is the biggest limiter on this team, not the roster. He's not a championship coach

Let's see. Last two Knick wins they needed OT to eke out back to back wins against the mighty Hawks and Bulls.

Yeah, this will be a huge loss.

I HATE the Cavs, but:

Cavs 130
Knicks 105

Just 25 pts? Either you are underestimating the Cavs or overestimating the Knicks.

I'm not gonna lie, this is going to be a tough win to get on a back to back OT win. On one hand if we win, we can shut the haters up about how we can never beat the best teams in the east like the Cavs and Celtics. On the other hand, if we lose that narrative just gets amplified.

With Hart, OG and Mitch out I really don't expect much at all. I don't see how anyone could realistically draw any conclusions out of this.

Does anybody know what the word on Hart is? His absence is a bit surprising because he seemed to be fine prior to the all-star break. He has been out of action for 2 weeks now. If this is a precautionary resting (like OG) to get everybody fully rested and healthy for the latter part of the season and playoffs, then I'm fully in favor of it---just hoping this is not something lingering...

Yep. Experiment with all these different options. KAT is so versatile offensively that you can make it work and punish teams, especially if they have a small ball 4
