We’ve witnessed those skills become elite. There’s levels to this & i believe he has another leap coming. Part of that leap may be defensive progression as stated by Spo. His defence was decent vs Raps.

Get two picks this year in a supposed loaded draft that after really looking at it doesn’t seem loaded at all unless in the top 10. Also opens up potential of 4 picks being traded with 2 this year with 2030 and 2032. Issue is we end up coughing up two unprotected picks in 2026 to OKC and 2028 to Hornets.

if we make po’s our team, esp the youngens, gain valuable experience. If not we gain picks. Win / win?

Yeah pretty much. I think this team gels down the stretch and we lock up the 8th seed.

There's 3 teams competing for the 7th and 8th seeds (Magic, Heat, and Hawks) and that's it. The next closest team is the Bulls and they are 5 games behind us. We may not be very good, But I don't see the Bulls making up 5 games on anyone.

The question is can we get our **** together enough to get the 6th seed (we're 3 games behind the Pistons) so we can avoid another play-in tournament. I'm not confident, but I'm not not confident either.

Bams last 10: 22-12-4 on 15.8 shots, 54/40/79 shooting splits on 62TS% our best player is back. Get those shot attempts up to 18 and let’s get 2-3 more free throw attempts a night and the numbers will be insane.

He had one good solid game. Likely the best game of his career. Was a lot more active on and off ball. He attacked the basket once or twice. I see him set some screens and blocked out once. Need to see him more active setting screens and blocking out. It would help the offense.

Corner three he will need to learn how to shoot. I think he has only made 5 threes from the corner all year. He comfortable shooting wide open threes on the wing. Only spot he is in the green at.

I mean good lol. Hit open shots, make some plays, attack when available, play scrappy defense and draw offensive fouls. I don’t see what the issue is. I’m not looking for 20 PPG from Mitchell, the bulk of our scoring needs to go to Bam/Herro followed by Wiggins.

No way, the only argument for Bosh over Jimmy is rings and if you give Jimmy the 2 best players in the world at the time next to him he’ll get you 2 rings too at minimum. I love Bosh but dude put up 0 points in the biggest game of his career (game 7 2013 finals) and still ended up with a championship because of the greatness of Wade and LeBron. If Jimmy had 0 in a finals game that he actually played we’re getting smacked. Jimmy as a player in a Heat jersey clears Bosh and it’s not even close.

As for Shaq, again if Jimmy puts up 10 PPG in a finals series we’re getting drilled. Shaq won off the greatness of Wade in at the time the greatest finals performance the league had ever seen. If we’re using injury hypotheticals Jimmy has some too, what if Bam/Dragic don’t get hurt in the 2020 Finals? What if Herro doesn’t get hurt in 2023 and ended up actually contributing to winning in the playoffs that year? What if Lowry, Dipo, PJ, and Herro aren’t hurt in 2022?

As an individual player Jimmy was better than Shaq and far better than Bosh in their Heat tenures. As a winner when it comes to championships Jimmy did slightly less than both with far worse rosters

As far as Shaq...lol...dude.... Shaq came 30 some odd votes away from being league MVP on the Heat.

My take:
Wade is a no brainer
Lebron is a no brainer
Shaq is a no brainer
Bosh is the only one some could make an argument against but he was a key player who took a step back for Wade and Lebron to explode. Plus the gifs he gave cements his top 5 ranking.

If one is going on sentimental value I get why they would have Zo on the list. The problem is Zo teams consistently underperformed in the playoffs ( other more stronger words can easily be used instead of underperformed), in contrast Jimmy teams over performed.

Oh and the Mavs where scared to death of Shaq, they had some PTDS and where double and triple teaming him which is what help give Wade a runway to attack the basket.

100% this about Shaq. People just box score recap that series way too often with zero context

Shaq underperformed every playoff run he had in Miami.
