Nope, I think this is the one who was involved with the pool balls

Well that’s charming. Can’t wait until he’s off the team

Yeah that's the second one the one that he was with when they were throwing stuff at the car of the mother of his other three kids. And apparently there's a the whole thing between the two baby mamas that got into a fight recently and seems like a whole Giant mess with some legal ramifications pending. I think I read somewhere that this chick used to be involved with P Diddy

pretty crazy as an exec/coach to want your face tied to any of that. i get it for teammates but as an org id say the support for Miles should end at granting him an opportunity to continue to fulfill his contracts after fully serving his punishments while avoiding at all costs getting personally mixed up in his private life

I saw a big change in Miles's physique around Christmas (he looked cut again) and his play has correspondingly improved from last year/early this season. He has some obvious personal issues to overcome but credit is due for the way he plays hard and gives it a good effort every night on this dumpster of a team. He had looked like he lost a step last year but now that he is in shape and not rusty - dude is a baller.

Yes, he's earning his contract and his value has increased significantly. He's an impact player on a portable, short contract. You can plug-and-play Miles on any playoff roster, even with the serious contenders.

He could be one of the top players available next deadline. Nets demanded the equivalent (2) 1sts for Cam Johnson. That's where I'm at with Miles. He's solidified has value as a top number 3 scoring option who is pretty versatile and diverse in skill on both sides of the ball.

Any team who can run offense through their 3rd option has a distinct advantage over most other teams leaning hard on the first or first/second options. Those top 2 options can have an off night and Miles has them covered.

If miles hadn’t beaten his wife he’d be a good trade chip right now. He’s performing well, I’m worried that once/if he drops down from number 2 scorer he will struggle again.

When he’s not in the midst of it, he’s easily lost. Maybe get him starting plays again, he had a good stretch of creating with the g league mob for a minute then.

Miles Above The Rest

A tribute to his iron man status amidst injuries across the roster.

Do you believe in redemption?

Miles is underrated, but his value around the league will never get us back fair value.

I think he can rebuild his reputation here in Charlotte. I think he's going to be that vet for this team. He will lead by example and simply by showing up to play every game. Hopefully his work ethic rubs off on the other players moving forward.

This might sound crazy, but I can see Miles developing into our leader. As he gets older I think he will gain more confidence and take on that role. He's leading by example for right now.

I’m think Miles personality has lead him to be deferential to other players, particularly Melo. When he and Miller were holding the fort last year, he posted strong numbers many games. This season he’s back doing it again with strong performance overall since late 24/first of this year. His game has grown, and seems better defensively as well.

Last night on his end of game interview he gave Taj the credit for speaking up at halftime, and challenging the team to respond.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I appreciate Miles being a durable workhorse and having some big games surrounded by absolute trash teammates but it doesn’t really change my heavy preference of dumping off him if the draft goes well.

I don’t care too much for what he’s doing in these games versus what he showed earlier in the season, when the games actually still mattered and he was in the role he should be in as a 3rd or 4th option, he sucked pretty bad. It’s cool that he can put up some numbers if you give him 25 shots and free reign to do whatever, I’m just not really sure what the point of keeping an aging out Bridges in an environment with another impressionable 19 year old draft pick and an FO that was ready to trade our young center and further extend the rebuild

Sure a team needs some veterans but I’d rather have my veterans on a rebuilding team actually have some knowledge of winning habits and what winning looks like and Bridges has about as much knowledge of that as our incoming rookie will

The idea of Miles being this teams leader is the most depressing thing I could imagine. If its starting to happen organically thats the best argument possible for trading him the second the season ends.

Rozier being entrenched as the leader for this team years was devastating to the culture and it would be insane to let an even worse version of that situation develop.

Numbers don't lie. His points, rebounds, assists illustrate his focus and effort. He plays tough across all areas of the game on a team that lacks the dawg mentality. Other than Miles, which starter is a real dog?

Just Miles.

Subtract him and I predict a trickle down negative impact on the soft players who jump at the chance to catch a break from hard work.

If the Hornets want to cash in like they did Terry Rozier, I'd want two 1st round picks. Same asking price as the Nets for Cam Johnson.

Or else hold. Just as the Nets did.

He is not a 4th option. He's a solid 3rd option on good teams.

Hornets should be competing though.

No reason why LaMelo - Miller - Miles as top 3 options can't earn a 6 seed if healthy.

I mean, he has some knowledge on what not to do, I guess. It is a fandom challenge to rally behind miles bridges.
