Great job by the front office not including Kuminga in the trade for Jimmy.

GSW was going nowhere before that Butler trade.

Now, GSW is back in the hunt.

IMO, Miami wanted Wiggins over Kuminga anyway. They're pretty much the same player except the obvious age disparity. Miami gets 2 years of a rather cheap contract instead of dealing with contract negotiations with Kuminga who I'm sure is looking for a max deal.

Miami should have a bounce back year in 25/26.

Miami's talent is similar to when the Cs best player was IT and 2nd option was Al Horford.

If they don't blow it up, it will be middle of the pack for years.

They don't have to blow it if Robinson opts out or they trade him. That'll free up some cash. If Rozier is found to be involved in this gambling crap they can probably void his contract if there's a guilty verdict. The NBA is going to make an example one of these days if a big name player is ever involved.

The Warriors picks will be an OK slot.

They'll have cap space next year and players love South Beach :D

If KD ends up in Miami, there's a chance they'll be a contender.

But Bam and Herro are just All-Stars, not superstars.

So if Miami finds a way to keep Bam and Herro then add KD, that will be something.

Would be so cool if we eventually hire him as an assistant coach.

Read on Twitter

No pro basketball coach on earth knows Tatum better..knows how to push him..

Rick Brunson is an assistant coach with the Knicks..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Tom Brady led the Bucs to a Super Bowl win at the age of 43.

I'm not a Lebron fan, but I think it's unfair to accuse him of cheating.

Basketball is more taxing than football. The minutes logged on etc. It’s fishy. Lebron started earlier than brady.

LeBron's a genetic freak, not exactly the smartest genetic freak but he's an enigma for sure. Probably won't see another one like him for a long long time.

Idk I bet the nba is dying to make the lakers revelant again and have lebroni win a title at the age of 40 before departing.

Sucks for NBA fans and Joel that we never got to see healthy Embiid for a sustained period. I have no remorse for Philly fans tho lol

Hoping Philly keeps their pick and keeps it away from OKC

He never should have played in the Olympics. There’s no way he felt healthy going into it. USA basketball should have found a replacement for him. I’m blaming him and USA basketball.

I thought playing the Olympics was stupid but the weirder thing was Joel suffered no reported injury in Paris.

But then shortly after that the Sixers announced he was out to start the year and was "progressing" and would play at some point, but they never said what the actual injury was or what he was progressing from. And got fined $100K for nonsense injury reporting.

I think the Sixers front office and medical staff shares a lot of the blame here. It seems like his knees are just chronically injured now, which begs the question of why they just gave him a new bazillion dollar contract. And why has he been playing this season at all? Whole thing has been a mess.

:o I can’t remember something like this ever happening. I’m sure Joel will put up a fight… even if he has to limp around 20 minutes a night. That’s a lot of money to give up.

Sure, it happens every now and then, in general. Chris Bosh had to retire, because of his blood.
Bird retired early, due to his back. He could have gone several more years, if healthy.

And of course, Reggie Lewis still really hurts.
