I get what you're saying, but look...

This team has been awful offensively the entire time he's been here. Some of it is roster construction, but even you would admit there's zero tactile acumen offensively to speak of with this staff.

The whole selling point with Mosley has been defense, effort, culture. And none of that is happening. So what is he offering if those things aren't there?

Would we be saying the same thing if our team did the opposite and struggled when our injuries hit and played better once guys tried to work their way back? Either way, look at all the injuries, the roster makeup, etc, this team was destined to be near .500 or below it this year. People got an inflated sense of hope with our inspired play with injuries. You don't go from legit top 3 COY to fired in a year and it solely being suddenly the guy forgets how to coach - it's such copout finger pointing BS that this team would do while firing yet another coach while having a bottom 10 offense for a decade straight no matter who the coach is.

We know Weltman won't get fired. If they go together and Mose had SAY in the team not making moves? Sure, get rid of them both. But expecting to make chicken salad out of chicken **** and then solely pointing at one person that has had only praised heaped his way for the last 2 and a half season is BS. You know that.

This season has made me turn on Paolo.

I fear he is a loser with a bad skillset to be considered a leading scorer in the league.

Paolo have not build enough equity to be that type of player. And if he is, something is wrong. His mentality is wrong.

You guys know this team hardly ever quit, something is wrong. Something happened that we don’t know about.

He was under contract for 2 full seasons… I do not understand why they didn’t wait until this summer to make a decision, especially after what Goga showed in spurts last season.

Among the long list of balls ups from Jeff, this has to be number 1 right? WCJ is not even a back up anymore

Paolo and Franz aren’t the problem. Problem is ownership and management. Ever since Vander Weirde was run out by the Devos family and Martins was put in charge we’ve been the worst offensive team in that decade plus.

I’d be more concerned if we didn’t have Franz. Paolo is definitely more of a front runner needing to feel like he has a shot before putting in effort. Not the best trait but he has the body and skill set to be, at least, a #2 next to Franz.

The whole thing?

When guys stop playing hard for a coach who's whole entire schtick is playing hard...

Also... coaches get fired all the time! They're very fungible.

If they're going to have a similar skillset in terms of bad at threes, both have to be elite scoring elsewhere. Paolo isn't there yet. Can't just have two guys who can't shoot threes surrounded by a team who also can't.

Paolo is not point forward and he's being asked to be. He is surrounded by horrible shooters and teams routinely double team him without paying for it. It's not his fault.
