The second part, sure? But... I don't think it's quitting? We have a bunch of young guys who are massively struggling on offense, it takes its toll which leads to stupid mistakes. Again, you take two energy guys out, it shouldn't mean as much as it does, but doesn't make it less true if it affects a bunch of guys with way different demeanor.
