Beyond Franz and Paolo this team doesn’t have much.

I feel like the organization is ‘saving him for our championship run’… why else would his minutes be so low? It’s unbelievable.

How exactly? Most of the issues that the Magic face are a matter roster construction rather than coaching. They have no starting pg, they have no starting center, they have no 6th man, they can’t shoot, their bench is not good, most nights they are playing 2 on 5, there are a ton of injuries. Until they fix the roster, I really have a hard time judging Mose.

Guys have stopped playing with energy, toughness and physicality.

Which is literally Mosley’s entire gimmick.

If he can’t get these guys to do those things, he doesn’t need to be here.

I’d rather Martins clean house vs just firing mose
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

I’m as serious as can be.

The entire Magic mantra under Mosley has been effort, energy, toughness, physicality, togetherness, a whole myriad of non-skill based things.

And currently all those things are happening at unacceptably poor levels.

And if he can’t get the guys to do those things that don’t require skill, he has nothing to offer as a coach at that point.

At some point talent matters and toughness can do so much. This team doesn’t have much beyond Franz and Paolo at the current moment.

If anything, we’ve learned that Suggs should have been credited for the team effort, toughness, physicality, and togetherness. He was the glue.

I need the Suns to win tonight, too. We could be 13th in the lottery.

The same things that Mosley got out of this roster last year and was getting out of this roster the first 30-35 games this year?

Replacing the coach won't make the team more skilled.

Don’t forget no guard penetration, poor passing, and ball handling.
