This is precisely why Paolo and Franz have to become 35%+ there, or else it will continue. Or get a lead guard that can probe inside often. Set plays work when defenders have to stay glued to other guys on the three point line or react to dribble drives.

NBA defenses are not stupid. If they realize only one or two guys on your team *NEED* to be guarded, why bite on anything? Stay home on defenders and make it hard to get into offenses.

I’d argue we can do more than just the one weak flare action we run for all of Houstan/Harris/Jett as mostly early decoy action. We could run some horns flares, especially for Houstan. We do it for Paolo and Franz semi-regularly. Anything more than stand in the corner for the infrequent kick out.

That was so ugly. 2 points in the final 5 minutes of play. 0 in the final 4.5 minutes. 19 point lead down to 8.

AB's touch is rough at times, he should have made those push shots. He is good at getting in the paint, but may need to get stronger to improve his finishing, as touch seems like more of a natural gift.

On the flip side he has looked pretty good on Pritchard, which could be useful if we are trying to push the Celtics to 5 games.
