Is that true? The reason why college basketball has the ridiculous possession arrow instead of jump balls is because bad jump ball tosses by the refs? I've always wondered. They really need to get rid of the stupid possession arrow.

Never knew the answer but that makes perfect sense, since college refs are brutal at everything else.
